Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Yudeer mobile application ("App" or "Service"). Yudeer helps you manage personal finances, organize money into jars, track spending, and receive guidance from a built-in AI helper.
By downloading, installing, or using Yudeer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Yudeer is a personal finance organization tool. It is not a bank, lender, broker, investment adviser, or payment processor. Yudeer does not hold your money, connect directly to your bank unless you choose compatible device-level features offered by your platform, or execute financial transactions on your behalf.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Yudeer. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you will use Yudeer only for lawful personal finance management.
Financial information you enter in Yudeer — including jars, budgets, categories, amounts, and notes — is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your device, backups, and any data you choose to keep or delete. Uninstalling the App or clearing app data may permanently remove information stored on that device.
Yudeer includes an AI helper that can suggest ways to organize jars, review spending patterns you enter, and answer questions about using the App. The AI helper is provided for general informational and organizational support only.
The AI helper does not provide professional financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. You should not rely on Yudeer or its AI output as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions.

Some Yudeer features may be offered for free while others may require a one-time purchase or subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payments, billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by the applicable app store under its terms and policies. We do not store your payment card details in Yudeer.
Yudeer, including its design, software, branding, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Yudeer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate. Calculations, summaries, and AI responses depend on the information you enter and should be reviewed by you before making financial decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yudeer and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or financial loss arising from your use of or reliance on the App or its AI helper.
Your use of Yudeer is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains our privacy-first approach and our commitment to not collecting your personal or financial data through the App.
We may update Yudeer or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using Yudeer at any time by deleting the App from your device. We may suspend or discontinue the App where required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
